The cooperate learning is a kind of teaching theory and strategy full of creativity and real effects; it is also a most important way for senior school students to learn biology; it is fundamental to learning biology. Currently, due to the lack of research of cooperating learning of teaching, it hasn't played a good enough part. Based on the thorough study of cooperate learning in teaching biology and the features of this subject, I carry on open practice of exhibition cooperate learning research in class teaching of senior high school, investigate in keeping with the cooperate learning strategy. This topic emphasizes the role of teacher in adjusting the cooperate learningHow can teachers adjust the cooperating learning? It can split up two processes:adjust before class and in class. The former refers to choosing the proper contents of learning, and the latter can begin with the following three aspects:preventive adjusting, correcting adjusting, developing students'self-adjusting, of which, preventive adjusting includes two parts:the first is to increase students'awareness of the importance of the cooperating learning, the other is to conduct students to cooperate learning. Correcting adjusting majors in rectifying deviations, removing misunderstanding, preventing stage waiting, controlling noises and changing troublesome students and so on. developing students'self-adjusting is achieved by conducting students to comment through individuals and groups.My teaching practice shows that if teachers can use the adjusting strategy efficiently, it will help students achieve good marks, arose their interest in learning biology, increase their awareness and skills of cooperating. However, it is very important for teachers to choose proper materials, otherwise, there won't be any effect no matter how well teachers perform in class.
