Job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are the three very important organizational behavior factors impacting university faculty's job behavior. The domestic scholars seldom focus on the relationship among job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In other words, they usually study job stress, job satisfaction or organizational commitment. Thus, this dissertation focuses on the relationship among job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in order to open out the three factors' relationship.By selecting some representative university-faculty-members as investigation sample, we collect the data of the three variables mentioned above by questionnaire. Then, we can make the following conclusions by statistically analyzing 200 effective questionnaires:(1) Job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of university faculty are on the middling level.(2) Some personnel-concerned items, esp. educational experience, position in the organization and job experience, affect the organizational members' job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly.(3) The worse job stress is, the lower job satisfaction would be. Particularly, organizational function stress is significantly negative correlated with job satisfaction. Communication stress is significantly negative correlated with job satisfaction. Development stress is significantly negative correlated with job satisfaction. Burthen stress is significantly negative correlated with job satisfaction.(4) The worse job stress is, the lower organizational commitment would be. Particularly, organizational function stress is significantly negative correlated with organizational commitment. Development stress is significantly negative correlated with organizational commitment. Social support stress is significantly negative correlated with organizational commitment. But when job satisfaction is controlled, it is not significant between job stress and organizational commitment. It illustrates that job satisfaction is a medi-variable between job stress and organizational commitment.(5) The higher job satisfaction is, the higher organizational commitment would be. Particularly, supervision satisfaction is significantly positive correlated with organizational commitment. Salary satisfaction is significantly positive correlated with organizational commitment. Work environment satisfaction is significantly positive correlated with organizational commitment.
