In this study, arrange and analyze the research results at home and abroad, summarize the related theory of organizational commitment and job burnout, and point out the lack of previous study, find the way of study, propose corresponding hypothesis. Mainly use the questionnaire to study the job burnout and organizational commitment of Zhejiang university coaches, and discuss the status quo of organizational commitment and job burnout of Zhejiang University coaches and the difference of these two variables in different demographics.Meanwhile analyze and discuss the relation between the organizational commitment and job burnout and prediction function of organizational commitment on job burnout. Finally the author puts forward relevant suggestions of intervention job burnout of Zhejiang university coaches from the way of organizational commitment. In order to provide the basis for the further quantitative research in the job burnout field of university coaches. The study results show that:One:The organizational commitment scale and job burnout scale are revised in this study has higher reliability and validity.Two:The job burnout of Zhejiang university coaches is under middle level(overall burnout x=2.32), Although burnout feeling is not very serious, such groups already exist certain job burnout, their job burnout in part of demography exists significant variable difference. The organizational commitment of Zhejiang university coaches is in the medium level(overall commitment X=3.07). We can see that the organizational commitment of such groups is higher, but economic commitment is lower, their organizational commitment on the part of demography variables exists significant difference.Three:There is certain relevance between various factors of organizational commitment and various factors of job burnout of Zhejiang university coaches and the various factors of organizational commitment has good prediction effect on overall job burnout and its'each factor.
