With the scale of population mobility, the trend that rural peasants take family with themselves is increasingly obvious, the education of children of peasant workers begin to form and cause widespread attention of society. Monograph, academic papers, news reports on this aspect is very rich. Especially we have an overall and thorough argumentation on school education, while relatively less on family education research. Family education is the basis of all the education that the person receive, which has great impact on one's growth and development. Peasant worker families float to city and are affected by the city family education. It appears the trends which close up to city family education. Therefore this paper understands and grasps the education of children of peasant workers from the perspective of cultural adaptation. From this angle, it is helpful to healthy growth of children of peasant workers, as well as to the improvement of peasant workers and development of peasant workers' families. The continuous improvement of quality for peasant workers and their children means the oral raise for the population's quality in our county, which offer the sustainable strength for the promotion of strategy of modernization and urbanization. So that this paper mainly discuss the following aspects: what is the current situation of the urban adaptability for the peasant workers' children on family education; What's the form of urban adaptability and what give rise to urban adaptability of family education. I draw the conclusions through investigation: (1) Peasant workers parents put more emphasis on study than before, and pay attention to training of multiple qualities. Peasant workers parents improve educational methods and lay stress on parent-child communication. Peasant workers parents update their educational concept and reinforce their quality concept. (2)The education of children of peasant workers is in the direction of city family education, as well as it still has the characteristics of county family education, which manifests a kind of semi-assimilating form. (3)Urban culture traits, lifestyle and peasant workers experiences and gnosis promote the education for peasant workers' children close to urban form. The Macroscopic system and the low cultural quality possessed by the migrant workers hinder their family education for children from approaching the urban way.
