Kunming University Of Science And Technology Students Incentives To Study

Emulative mechanism among college students plays an important role in college student affairs management,with regulations making as base of its construction and optimization,need of college students as its focus, development of college students as its mainstream and social requirements for them as its purpose.This paper raises the underlying problems in the emulative mechanism of Kunming University of Science and Technology by employing the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview and analysis of the current situation of by using detailed examples.The comparision and contrast of the emulative mechanisims between colleges and enterprises are also included in the paper,which aims to put forward suggestions on how to optimize the mechanism.And attention is also paid to the need of college students'employment in the paper during the process of the analysis of emulative mechanisms and its optimization,by the introduction of the assessment standards for college students made by enterprises.
