Social morality construction is an important component in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in China. It's also the social infrastructure of the ideology and morality construction. The social morality development degree is a certain extent the measure of a country's civilization development degree. And it's the subjective basis whether national political, economic, cultural and social construction and reform can get comprehensive, continued progress.College students are the dominant force in the development of the future society. Its whole moral level relates to the whole country social morality level directly. In this paper, it is analyzed summarized about the definition of social morality. At the same time, it detailed the specific requirements specification of the college students' social morality, combining with college students' learning life characteristics. By analyzing the present situation of social morality for college students in our country at present, it can find out the good reason why will influence and hinder the establishment about the college students' social morality mechanism. In view of the present situation, it will suit the remedy to the case and find the countermeasures. Through perfecting social morality education mechanism, innovating morality construction incentive mechanism, creating social morality mechanism of punishment and establishing social morality feedback mechanism and other many kinds of measures and means, it can improve social morality level of the college students in our country in order to lay solid foundation for establishing China's civilization and orderly social morality system.
