The modernization of education and the new Curriculum Reform are two important problems in elementary education of our country. It is natural for teachers to choose the ways of specialization. The models of realizing the teachers' professional developments are various and the model of exploration, discrimination and selection is naturally the focus on the teachers' profession.In the paper, the research methods have been mainly used are literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, academe conference and so on. Through the spot investigation on the status of teachers' professional development in remote countryside in Beijing and rural areas in some of western areas of China, according to the investigation and the data information, the research puts forward the rural regional model of teachers' professional development based on performance technology in information environment. Guided by the model, the regional case resources in authentic scene is basis. The teacher improves professional ability and level in the process of personal knowledge management by recording, editing, individual reviewing, observing class, expert conducting, personal reflection and communicating in teacher community to promote students' learning. At the time, resources, technologies, systems and so on guarantee the model.The innovations of this paper are as follows. Performance technology is applied to teachers' professional development and guarantees the process by performance analysis, cause analysis, intervention selection, implementation and evaluation. The teachers manage personal knowledge to improve personal competitive ability by obtaining, storing, managing, creating and communicating. The model based on the regional case resources in authentic class scene can realize the share of systematic case resources based on expert guidance through conveying these case resources to local primary and middle schools by information means and the integration of normal student's pre-service education and in-service teacher's professional development through conveying these resources to local normal university to studied by education majors by network.
