| With the advent of the Internet education era,information technology has been applied to various fields.The regional training under the support of information technology has enabled primary and secondary school teachers to break through the limitations of time and space encountered in regional training.Modern multimedia information technology also provides teachers with a large amount of learning resources,and is among teachers,teachers and experts.A multi-faceted dialogue between teachers and teaching and research staff has turned regional training activities into a normalized model.So,what is the current status of regional training in primary and secondary schools supported by information technology?What are the advantages and disadvantages?Is there a difference between different regions?What strategies are tailored to facilitate regional training under the support of information technology?Reliable data and interview research are the key to answering the above questions.Based on this,this study focused on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of teachers’ regional training under the support of information technology in 35 counties under the 25 provincial administrative units with preliminary information technology infrastructure and stable regional training mode.The main research contents of this research are as follows:(1)Investigation and research on the research and study status of primary and secondary schools under the support of information technologyThe research in this part is mainly based on the collected questionnaires for basic descriptive statistical analysis,analysis of variance,chi-square analysis,correlation analysis,and the content of interviews between primary and secondary school teachers and training managers,and research on regional training under the current information technology support.Organization and participation methods,regional training activities,regional training platforms and tools,regional training community and management and service status,and whether there is a difference or difference in the status of regional training between different regions,so as to comprehensively study the areas under the support of information technology The current level of training.(2)Research on the development strategy and recommendations of regional training in primary and secondary schools supported by information technologyThe research in this part is mainly based on the previous literature review and data analysis.SWOT analysis method is used to explore the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges in the regional training development of primary and secondary school teachers supported by information technology,and thus the area supported by information technology.The training proposes development proposals to promote the sustainable development of regional training for primary and secondary school teachers supported by information technology.In summary,the regional training with the support of information technology can greatly enhance the efficiency of training,break the limitations of time and space,and facilitate the management and implementation of training activities.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the current situation and existing problems of regional training under the support of information technology in China and propose sustainable development strategies.This paper selects the teachers and managers of 35 counties(districts)in 25 provinces(cities)as the survey objects,and analyzes the current situation of teachers’regional training under the support of information technology through questionnaires and interviews,and constructs the area under the support of information technology through SWOT analysis.Develop four types of strategies and related recommendations for development. |
