"The task-based learning" entering into the teaching materials of junior middle school mathematics is a spotlight in mathematics elementary education reform. As one kind of new attempt, it attracts educators who are ambitious for curriculum reform to join and explore .At present, in domestic junior middle school most use mathematics teaching materials edition from the People education publishing house, the Beijing Normal University Publishing house and the East China Normal university Publishing house. The three teaching materials have characteristics in setup of "the task-based learning". The dissertation compared the three teaching materials in overall design and concrete content, on the purpose that better grasp of the "task-based learning" for teachers, providing some resource to improve the teaching quality, and bring about some enlightenments in the compilation of the "task-based learning" teaching materials.Conclusions are as follows compared with the dissertation:1. The arrangement of "task-based learning" in the three teaching materials are based on the teaching mode and standard. Both the content choice and subject form setup reflect some characteristics of "task-based leaning" such as practicality, inquiry, and opening.2. As to each content arrangement of "task-based learning", it has various features in subject instruction, activity setup. The subject design in the People education edition is not single, has detail procedure, and care for the cultivation of students ability in analyzing and solving a problem. The "task-based learning" in the Beijing Normal University edition is studied by "discusses", "thinks" and "does" links to each other, appearing in the form of question. And the "task-based learning" in the East China Normal university edition has easy design, more opening and challenging.At last, this dissertation gives some advice about compilation of the "task-based learning" in the three teaching materials, and puts some ideas for the design in the teaching materials of junior middle school mathematics.
