Many talented application people with synthesis professional ability and comprehensive quality who can work on the first line in the production, the service technology and the management are needed in our country' modernization construction. In the grand blueprint proposed by China , the vocational education is entrusted heavy responsibility of raising tens of millions high quality workers. However, with the university expanding and the normal high school popularizing, the overall qulity of the students in the secondary vocational school is worse in recent years. Even some students' basic learning ability is very low, they have heavy difficulty in studying new knowledge and skills. Their language knowledge is weak. Their abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing are unqualified, which make the language teaching fall into the difficult position in the vocational school. Not only the teaching aim can not be reached, but also the quality of teaching can not be guaranteed either.As the key field of implementing quality education and training new talented people in the vocational school, the language is the required course all students must take. In the secondary vocational education system, the language is the foundation, which can provides the energetic power for the students' life-long development with its rich humanities connotation. And the composition teaching is the the most important part in the language. Student's writing level may refract the success or failure of the language teaching in the vocational school, even may refract the success or failure of the vocational school personnel training.The composition teaching on the students with studying difficulty should grasp the inherent laws, base on students's lifelong development, meet their employment needs according to their cognition and the psychological characteristics on the basis of the investigation of the students' actual writing level and ability. Composition teaching research achievements from the ordinary elementary and middle schools are profitted in this article. The author tries to arise the interest and the self-confidence of the students with studying difficulty, explore the effective ways and methods to improve their writing abilty in connection with their actual state and the secondary vocational school's education aim. The enhancement of the students' quality may contribute to the realization of the personnel training goal in the secondary vocational school.
