The developing foreground of secondary vocational education is vast, but the status quo of the secondary vocational school students is not so satisfied. More and more students are weary of study, besides, their studying weariness emotions become stronger and stronger. At present, to the students, studying weariness mentality is the most common and dangerous one of all studying psychological obstacles. It will lead to bad achievement and make students lose studying interest. Seriously, it will make students disheartened and passively face their lives. It will even make students commit crime. Researching the cause why students are weary of study and finding ways to solve the problem is important for improving the educating and teaching quality, realizing the educational policy of our party in secondary vocational schools, stabilizing our society and training socialism builders and successors.The paper, using common psychology, educational psychology, school-manage psyc hology, adopting several research means such as material study, questionnaire investigation and interview, analyzes the students' studying weariness from the following aspects:1. The manifestation, peculiarity and type of studying weariness.2. The contributing factors of studying weariness are emphatically analyzed from such respects as students themselves, society, school and family.(1) The reason that is related to students themselves: studying weariness can be evoked by harmful psychology, cognition deviation and objective factors.(2) Social factors: reverse society influence, movies and television culture,people's bias against secondary vocational schools and employment environment.(3) The affects from school: school system, reasonless course setting and aged tea ching material, poor quality of teachers, limitation of test means, the reverse influenceof setting questions and invigilation and grading examination papers, log of teaching means, boring teaching content and methods, limited space of selecting subject, little participation, unsuitable punishment, sequela of primary school and junior middle scho ol and mentality of following the crowd.(4) Family factors: the parents' lagged educational conception and deficient educati ng methods, carelessness about educating children, unclear recognition to their duty ineducating their children, poor quality of family members and favorable economic conditions, single-parent families etc.3. The principle and tactics used in dispelling the students' studying weariness are as follows:(1) Principles of eliminating studying weariness: perceptual principle, lasting princi pie, equal principle, excitative principle and individual principle.(2) Tactics of eliminating studying weariness: demand-defined tactics, target-determ ined tactics, study assignment-self-selection tactics, studying methods-combined tactics, study circumstances-optimized tactics, studying methods-training tactics, study success experienced tactics, study value-confirmed tactics and other tactics.
