"If we give students more speaking-skill exercises so that they can express their opinions more clear and self-consistently, without prolix and confusion, their writing -skill will be improved greatly", said famous Chinese educationist shuxiang lv. From what he said we can just conclude that speaking-skill exercise is very helpful for students to learn their mother tongue.Based on practical teaching, investigation and communication, we found a new training-skill for junior high school teaching, which can effectively improve students' speaking, thinking and writing skill by 5-minutes speaking exercise in the beginning of a course. It's consistent with B.S.Bloom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives and B.F.Skinner's Theory of Reinforcement.In this paper we first depict the meaning and importance of 5-minutes speaking exercise, then we sort the speaking-skill exercise and partition the junior high school speaking training into 3 phases, after that we sum up the general mode of speaking training and induce the common principle for practical teaching. We hope that it's helpful and effective for junior high school speaking-skill training.
