Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the implementation of the curriculum standard of physical education and health in junior middle schools in southern and Northern Jiangsu,this paper aims to understand the current situation of the implementation of the curriculum standard of physical education and health in junior middle schools in southern and Northern Jiangsu,grasp the problems and difficulties in the implementation of the curriculum standard in southern Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu,and make decisions for the education department and promote the teaching work of the school To provide a certain basis for the teaching effect of school physical education teachers to give a certain guidance,as well as for the development of junior high school physical education and health curriculum in southern and northern areas of Jiangsu Province to provide corresponding opinions and suggestions,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the physical health of students.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,and takes junior middle school students and teachers in southern Jiangsu(Suzhou,Wuxi,Changzhou)and Northern Jiangsu(Lianyungang,Huai'an,Xuzhou)as the main objects of investigation.By adopting random sampling method,1500 junior middle school students and 150 teachers are investigated to understand the new curriculum standards in southern Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu According to the implementation of the new curriculum standard and the main problems,the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are given.The conclusions of the survey are as follows:1.The teacher structure of junior middle school teachers in South and North Jiangsu is relatively reasonable,and the education level meets the requirements of junior middle school physical education teaching.On the basis of mutual cooperation between old and new teachers,the teacher team is mainly young and middle-aged teachers,whose advantage is strong ability to accept new knowledge,but lack of teaching experience,and the number of teachers with senior titles is rare.The number of senior titles in North Jiangsu is more than that in South Jiangsu At the same time,the workload of junior middle school physical education teachers is more;2.Junior middle school teachers mainly set up and teach the physical education courses for the items of the additional physical education test;3.The junior middle school physical education in the South and north of Jiangsu is lack of funds,and the lack of sports venues and sports equipment restricts the implementation of physical education and health curriculum standards;4.The importance of physical education and health curriculum is different in schools.The south of Jiangsu Province pays more attention to physical education and health curriculum than the north of Jiangsu Province;5.According to the requirements of physical education and health curriculum standards,students are not very active in sports participation and have a strong sense of participation;students are not very comprehensive in learning,mastering and applying sports skills and safety awareness of sports methods;in the field of physical health,students' understanding and application of the relationship between physical education and health curriculum and physical quality are not deep enough;students'acceptance of heart Rational health education and social adaptation education can not be well applied to reality.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Schools and education departments should strengthen the introduction of high-level and highly educated teachers and the evaluation and engagement of teachers' titles,organize more teaching training for teachers,and improve the quality level of teachers themselves;2.The school needs to further increase the investment in sports,improve the sports venues and sports facilities;3.The school reasonably distributes the class arrangement of junior middle school students and reasonably arranges the weekly workload of physical education teachers;4.The education department shall evaluate each other's achievement of curriculum standards among schools as the evaluation items of schools;5.Schools and teachers should strengthen students' interest in sports according to students' problems.They can adopt group teaching and cycle exchange teaching;6.In the teaching process,physical education teachers usually add the application of theoretical knowledge of skills and life health care;hold more large-scale sports events,and strengthen the cultivation of students' interpersonal communication and self-regulation ability.
