Study On Ethics Problems Of Centralized Residence Of Farmers In The North Of Jiangsu Province

The farmers`living together is a major initiative to implement the scientific developmentconcept, to promote the intensive development. It is also one of the important tasks of a newsocialist countryside construction. The residential areas`construction for farmers in NorthernJiangsu will help to improve their production and living conditions, to speed up the process ofurbanization, promoting regional economic and social development. However, due tohistorical and practical reasons, concentration of farmers in Northern Jiangsu area highlightssome of the ethical issues in the implementation process, which arouse our attention andthinking.The paper uses the methods of literature, survey and research, comparative analysis; froman ethical perspective, focuses on ethical issues and reasons that highlights in the livingprocess of the farmers in Northern Jiangsu. It conducts in-depth analysis and discussion andpropose the corresponding countermeasures. The paper is divided into five parts.Introduction: Describes the background, the purpose of the research status both at homeand abroad, and illustrates the main methods of the study, defines the core concepts todetermine the heavy and difficult, and the proposed innovation.Chapter I: the historical evolution of rural ethical system in a new era in Northern Jiangsuarea. Describes the positive changes of the ethical system of the new era in rural NorthernJiangsu area; mainly reflects in three aspects of the relationship between agriculturalproduction, rural management system, farmers`subjective consciousness.Chapter II: The salient ethical issues caused by concentration of Northern Jiangsu farmers.Summarizes the salient issues in family ethics, social ethics, administrative ethics,environmental ethics in the process of concentration of the Northern Jiangsu farmers.Chapter III:The causes of ethical issues aroused by the concentration of farmers inNorthern Jiangsu. The paper summarizes two main aspects caused by a range of ethical issuesfor farmers`living together in Northern Jiangsu. The two aspects refer to the adverse effects ofhistorical tradition and social transformation during the labor pains. The former includes thelong lag of the production development, the concept of a strong feudal clan and so on; Thelater includes the negative impact of the market economy, local government management outof place, the improper dip of urban culture etc.Chapter IV: The measures of building the ethical system for famers living together inNorthern Jiangsu. Propose three basic principles to build the ethical system in which theyreside, namely the principle of harmonious co-ordination,the sustainable development principle and the principle of risk prevention. Draw up the appropriate measures from alllevels of government department, autonomous organizations of villagers and urban enterprisesand institutions; from an economic,political and cultural point of view.Conclusion: In this paper, it is believed that the concentration of farmers is not onlysignificant for a new round of Northern Jiangsu rural economic development, institutionbuilding and cultural construction and plays an important role in promoting the developmentof various undertakings of regional citied and towns in Northern.. In order to furtherreasonable and orderly and healthy concentration of farmers, to win the continueddevelopment of the Northern Jiangsu area, we need the participation of government-led andsocial forces together.
