Less than 35 years of secondary vocational teachers are the reserve forces for the development of secondary vocational schools,in education and teaching and class management to play an important role.But in recent years,teachers' job burnout is becoming younger;the phenomenon of students tired of study and teachers tired of teaching has been spread in the vocational school.The crisis of less than 35 years of secondary vocational teachers' job burnout seriously affects the quality of technical and service talents training in China.To explore the reasons for the occurrence of burnout of teachers less than 35 years,from the school management point of view to find the corresponding countermeasures is the urgent need to consider the issue.A new measurement questionnaire was prepared which is based on the existing ?secondary vocational school teachers occupational burnout scale?,according to the situation of secondary vocational school teachers in Kunming and combined with the own seven years of work experience in secondary vocational school teachers.The teachers less than 35 years were surveyed in five vocational schools in Kunming,and interviews were conducted with the middle leaders of the two schools.SPSS statistical software was used to analyze and analyze the data.Through the analysis of the data,the following problems were found in the occupational burnout of teachers less than 35 years old in Kunming:1.The emotional failure dimension is more serious;2.The school ignores the teachers less than 35 years attention and training;3.Teachers worry about the future development of vocational schools;4.the greater pressure with the teachers less than 35 years;5.The management of the school directly affects the teacher's job burnout.This paper analyzes the local problems and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the three aspects of government management,school management and teacher self-management.The thesis consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,the background,purpose and significance of the topic,the theoretical basis of the study,the literature review.The second chapter is the research design and implementation,including the research object,research ideas,research methods,research tools and scale preparation,quality control and statistical methods.The third chapter is the content and statistics of the status of job burnout of less than 35 years of secondary vocational teachers in Kunming,including questionnaires,management interviews,and the comparison of the survey results in other areas.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the factors influencing the job burnout of secondary vocational teachers less than 35 years in Kunming.Based on the survey results,the existing problems are found and analyzed,and the government management,school management and individual teachers are discussed.The fifth chapter is about the less than 35 years in Kunming vocational teachers job burnout countermeasures and discussion,from the government management point of view,the school management point of view,teachers self-management point of view of three aspects of countermeasures,according to the reasons for the job burnout,"the right medicine",put forward an effective solution strategy.
