The Research Of Right On Government Administer University

Government right theory belongs to politics theory which researches into the co-relation of government power, duty and capability and its development. Its aim lies in seeking a reasonable and favorable relationship between government power and duty so that government can maximize its capability or energy to promote society advancement. By analyzing the current administrative situation with Government right theory, we can see that government power, duty and capability in the administration of university change in accordance with social development and transition. From history and reality aspects, the article pays great attention to analyzing the cause of transition of government right to university. From the research, we know that government effective administration contradicts with university autonomy and stems university advancement .Only by channels of law, regulation and science, by clear understanding of government right to university and their respective power, duty and capability can we make both sides develop in a smooth orbit.
