In the knowledge economy time, does the university in the intense market competition, whether obtain the development which steady, continues, not only has the strong financial resource and the physical resource, more importantly has a large quantities of high quality each kind of professional, the human capital as a university important capital is accepted by the people more and more. The appraisals about the current university teaching, the scientific research and the service society ability, the stock privately operated transformation, university's merger and acquisition and so on involves all to the university human capital carries on the appraisal.However, the current our country University human capital value appraisal theory, the method are not mature, also does not have the unification operation standard.This article is precisely launches the discussion based on a such environment.The main body of present paper contains four parts:The first (the first chapter)is this paper research background introduced that, to the domestic and foreign human capital appraised the theory has made the summary, and elaborated this article research goal and the mentality.The second (the second and the third chapter) has exhaustively discussed the university human capital value appraisal rationale, and has made the system analysis to the university human capital value influence factor, and has made the exhaustive introduction to each appraisal method, elaborated the university human capital value appraisal process and the uncertaintyThe third (the fourth and the fifth chapter) pointed out elaborated the university human capital value appraisal index system, introduced this paper appraised the method fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, has constructed the university human capital value appraisal model, and has performed the empirical application take Nanjing College for Population Programme Management as the example.The fourth (the sixth chapter) has analyzed the problem of university human capital value appraisal, and put forward some proposals.
