Evaluation Of Human Capital Value Of Postgraduates Majoring In Professional Degree And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

The training of professional Master's degree is a national measure to meet the needs of social talents,so it has important value for the evaluation of human capital value of professional postgraduates.However,the human capital value of the students can not be similar to real estate,machinery and equipment and other tangible assets assessment.Firstly,based on the relevant literature review,this study summarizes and evaluates the main viewpoints and conclusions of previous studies,and selects the indexes based on relevant theories in order to evaluate the human capital value of professional postgraduates.In order to meet the data needs of this study,this paper designs a questionnaire of professional postgraduates and collects first-hand data,which provides a data basis for the study.In order to study the composition of this particular capital,this paper constructs a special evaluation model.Through the comparison of the feasible methods of various human capital value evaluation,this paper selects the BP Neural Network analysis method to evaluate the human capital value of the professional degree graduate students,and proves the applicability of the index system through the error,and analyzes the significance of the output results according to the weight assignment of the input layer,the implicit layer and the output layer.The analysis found that there were great differences in the evaluation of the value of human capital by the schools and employment enterprises of the specialized graduate students,which led to the lack of practical utility of the professional master's human capital,which should be individualized,that is,fully understand and respect the students,implement different educational programs for each student,and provide more professional skills talents for the society.Therefore,the BP neural network method constructed by us can effectively evaluate the human capital value of professional graduate students and the role of the main constituent factors in theory.Based on the results of the assessment,recommendations with policy implications can be provided for the improvement of the quality of school education.
