With the universities scaling up and economic slowdown of China,the employment challenges for graduated students are highlighted.For boosting employment rate,this paper is targeting influence of social capital resource as well as human resource on college student's employment.Additionally,after 18~thh party congress,the development of anti-corruption work offers fair employment environment,resulting the impact change of human capital and social capital on the employment of college students.Therefore,this essay takes the 18~thh party congress as a time node,selecting graduates at 2012 and 2017 as sample population,for further discussing the changes in the extent of influence of human capital as well as social capital on university students'employment.Meanwhile,providing reference for college students to accumulate human capital and social capital.Regarding the impact of human capital and social capital on the employment of college students,majority of scholars tend to research both aspect influence on employment or which of them is more important.This paper is creative since move topic to analyze changes of influence about two capital resources on students employment,challenging the opinion of“impoverished families can hardly nurture rich sons”,for promoting a guide for university students'employment.Based on the relevant theoretical basis and variable selection,this paper establishes the binary Logistic regression model of human capital and social capital on college students'employment results.For the graduates of 2012 and 2017,240questionnaires were distributed respectively,206 and 225 valid questionnaires were collected respectively.In this paper,SPSS21.0 was used to analyze the survey data,and the effect of human capital and social capital on college students'employment was obtained.The human capital variables have a positive impact on employment outcomes.In2012,the five variables of academic performance,scholarship,other professional qualifications,student cadre and political status had significant impact on employment.In 2017,the eight variables of academic record,scholarship,English certificate,certificate of computer and other professional qualification certificate,the student cadre,political status,and practice part-time experience had influenced on employment dramatically.Among the variables of social capital,the relationship breadth,closeness,height of the position and the degree of help have positive influence on employment,and the contact strength has negative influence on employment.In 2012,the impact of the five variables on the employment outcome was suggestive,including the breadth of relations,the intensity of contact,the degree of closeness,the height of the position and the degree of help.In 2017,the impact of contact strength and help on employment is significant,and the relationship breadth,proximity and position height have no significant impact on employment.By comparing 2012 and 2017 empirical results,it can be seen that the influence degree of human capital has increased,and the influence degree of the social capital on employment results has weakened.Therefore,it is concluded that the influence of human capital on college students'employment result is increasing,and the effect of social capital on college students'employment result is decreasing.In conclusion,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures from four perspectives:college students,colleges,employers and government.Firstly,university students should pay attention to both capital,meanwhile offering specific position to human capital.Secondly,colleges should guide students to establish the correct value of employment and improve the training mode according to the market needs.Thirdly,Thirdly,the employers should set up correct mindset of employment,ensure the standard of recruitment rules and offering more jobs.Finally,the government should offer a fair employment environment and encouraging self-entrepreneurship to boost employment.
