With the development of society, the theory of performance assessing is ranging from corporations to colleges step by step, and obtained the fast development and the widespread application. But in our country, comparatively, it is a little late for colleges to carry out the performance assessing of teachers due to the special society causations for a long-term. Further more, the assessing system of many colleges have some limitations, as a result, the results of assessing are not scientific enough, and its effect on coaching teachers to improve on performance is not obviously. So the assessing is lack of practical meaning.This article is established in the actual instance of College A. It dissertates about the relative theories firstly, ingeminates the important significance of the performance assessing on college teachers in detail. In succession, it introduces the basic situation of College A, analyzes its current assessing system and point out the limitations of it. Afterward, on the basic of investigating a number of leaders, experts and craft brothers, along with consulting the performance assessing system of other didactical colleges, scheming out all levels of KPI and their criterions, and then bringing to bear AHP to distribute its proportions reasonably. At this rate, the assessing system is tend to reasonable. Also due to paying attention to the quantity of target process in system design, the assessing process is convenient for putting in practice and with good maneuverability. Finally, it gives detailed introductions about the application of assessing result, and makes expectation about the application as well as amelioration of assessing system in the future combined with the development of the college. This text begins with theory of performance assessing and combined with the practical situation of College A, making a performance assessing system for teaching college teachers which is transparent and scientific. Pertinent colleges can use for reference.
