With the economic development and social progress,China's education has made great progress,especially in higher education.Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China,which is conducive to promoting the overall development of domestic education.In terms of the overall situation of domestic education,although great progress has been made,there are also some drawbacks and omissions.Among these main problems,the most important one is that teachers can not get good development.How to improve the overall management effect of teachers and promote the performance management of teachers in China's higher vocational colleges is a dilemma faced by many higher vocational colleges.In the domestic higher vocational colleges,many colleges have trained more "double qualified" teachers.There are some problems in the management process.The key to solve the problem is to establish a set of "double qualified" teacher performance appraisal system with complete system and reasonable content.A good system can not only achieve the future development goals of higher vocational colleges,but also improve the overall teaching quality and teaching level of domestic higher vocational college teachers.This article integrates the latest research trends of teacher performance appraisal in Higher Vocational Education at home and abroad,combs the research on "double qualification" teacher performance appraisal,and then briefly introduces the basic theory and related concepts related to the article.Through the actual research and data collection,this article evaluates the current situation of performance appraisal management of "double qualified" teachers in JS college,and finds that there are some problems in the performance appraisal methods of JS college,such as lack of feedback mechanism,lack of incentive mechanism,and too single performance appraisal method.In view of the above problems,this article constructs the performance evaluation system,uses key performance indicators method and analytic hierarchy process to construct the "double qualification" teacher performance evaluation model,uses critic to determine the objective weight,and adds the two weights to get a comprehensive weight formula,which makes the project weight setting more scientific.Finally,the article tests the evaluation model of the two methods by using the empirical case,and obtains reasonable results,which provides improvement ideas for Jinan JX "double qualification" performance appraisal management.
