The family is the base of the society, and the harmony and stability of the family have taken an important role in social development. The widely existence of domestic violence endangered the family member, especially the women. However, the government and public opinion don't pay much attention to domestic violence. By investigating the present condition of social support of abused women, the writer find that with the characteristics of domestic violence and the problem in the intervention model of domestic violence, the abused women can not get the enough concern and support. In this article, from the analysis of the cause and condition of domestic violence, the writer has put forward the intervention model of social work, which is based on ecological theory. The article mainly contains three parts: Part One reviews the definition of domestic violence, the reasons for domestic violence and the present research and condition of social support of abused women; the main content of Part Two is the investigation of the situation of social support of abused women by both quantitative and qualitative methods; The focus of Part Three is the problems in the social support system of abused women and proposals in how to help the abused women.
