After more than two decades of development,China's anti-domestic violence practice has achieved stages of development in response to the problem, legalization of the system, and challenges and reconstructions.Social workers have applied theories such as strengths perspective, empowerment theory and ecological environment theory to anti-domestic violence services through the "three major approaches",reflecting their professional characteristics of "people-oriented" in responding to domestic violence issues. It has developed different intervention approaches based on different theories and attributions of domestic violence, with socio-cultural,family and individual orientations. The social work profession is also gradually developing its own unique role and working model under a multisectoral intervention mechanism for domestic violence, reflecting a trend towards integration in practice. The frequent exposure of domestic violence in recent years, due to social transformation and the COVID-19 global-epidemic,has posed a challenge to the building of a harmonious family and a harmonious society in China, and has also placed greater demands on the professionalism of social work practice.J Social Work Service Centre's Anti-Domestic Violence Project builds an online and offline service platform by linking the strengths of the agency's practice resources and project experience, based on the ongoing operation of the Rights Station project,to provide daily counselling, case management, resource linkage, capacity training and community outreach services.Through combing and analyzing the 8 typical cases of anti-domestic violence, supplemented by qualitative interviews and literature research, the author broadly classifies the existing social work domestic violence intervention practice in J institutions into:systemic intervention, crisis intervention, general intervention and outreach services, and analyses and studies their contents, processes and operational mechanisms.Through the combing and reflection of practical experience, there is a sense of integration of services in the anti-domestic violence practice of the social work profession under the current multi-sectoral joint mechanism. However, the actual intervention practice has not yet been able to establish an integrated perspective, and thus is still characterized by being partial, fragmented and fragmented.Based on the accessible,cross-theoretical and empirically supported concepts provided by the Common Factors Theory, the author analyses the problems of practice at five levels:social workers, clients, social networks, relationships and practice strategies. For example, the difficulty of the problem and the lack of knowledge and information lead to negative responses from victims, the professionalism of social workers is limited by a variety of factors, the social environment lacks support for domestic violence, poor sectoral linkages and differences in standards hinder the realization of rights and interests, and victims find it difficult to draw on successful experiences or models from the practice process. The above problems reflect the need to explore an integrated model of social work intervention in domestic violence. Therefore, under the guidance of integration theory, the author places "the common factors" within the social support circle and core action circle of social work intervention against domestic violence, focusing on the interaction and role of five common factors, social workers, service users, social networks, relationships and practice strategies, with social workers playing the roles of supporters, collaborators, advocates, policy Through the roles of supporter, collaborator, advocate and policy practitioner, the social worker establishes a multi-dimensional,flexible,internally and externally interactive and smooth intervention system, and explores an integrated model for social work intervention in domestic violence that "changes dynamically according to the problem or situation, matches the specific social environment or scenario, and adopts an adaptive approach".The integration model provides a more easily understood, simple to practice, ethical and constructivistcompatible practice model for anti-domestic violence social workers, captures the trend of social work integration,is a theoretical supplement and practical exploration of the professional model of social work in anti-domestic violence services, and is of great significance and promotion in promoting the professionalization and localization of social work.
