Guizhou Population Urbanization: Industry, Employment And System

As one of the important indexes,urbanization can stand for the socio-economy development level.So this paper start from retrospection of relative theoretical researches,and conclude 3 important factors affecting the progress of Guizhou's urbanization:industry,employment and institution.Based on analyses to the 3 factors,integrating documentary conclusions and the reality of Guizhou' surhanization,using linear regression to analyzethe influence of industry,employment and institution upon urbanization,conclude 3 opinions:the urbanization level of Guizhou is proper;the advancing force from the 3 industries strengthen in turn the first,the second and the third industry;the institutional difference between city and countryside,sinall scale of industry,unbalanced industrial structure and inefficient employment, are the main impacts upon Guizhou urbanization.According to this,this paper suggest Guizhou take the way of market-oriented,metropolitan-centered and co-development for city and countryside. Eventually,this paper put forward some suggestions for advancing the progress of urbanization.
