The Research On The Correlation Of Urbanization And The Employment Of University Students

Urbanization and economic development are mutually reinforcing, thenature of the urbanization is the urbanization of the employment structure,economic development stimulates employment. Chinese urbanizationdevelopment is in an adjustment and rising phase, changes in theemployment of university students and the urbanization rate shows somepositive relationship. The Research of Influencing actors of UrbanizationImpact on the Employment of University Students is conducive topromoting the employment of university students. And, full employmentof university students will help improve the quality of urbanization.The study reference the theory of urbanization and the employment,on the basis of research results, according to the data of jiangsu province, analysis the relevance of urbanization, industrial structure,employment structure and employment. Through the analysis of theinteraction between them, reveal that the urbanization developmentlags is behind the economic development in our country at present,there is a deviation between industrial structure and employmentstructure, and Students’ Quality is not suited to the needs of thecommunity.
