Research On The Influence Of Quality Of Employment To Citizenization Under The Background Of Urbanization

Urbanization is the inevitable trend of economic and social development,and its ultimate goal is to achieve citizenship.As a kind of social activity,the employment will not be ignored in the process of citizenization.The improvement of the quality of urban employment and the flow of population to cities and towns is a process of mutual supplement and circulation.In the various stages of the peasant's withdrawal from the countryside,the entry into the city and the integration of the city,employment is the key link and the foundation and guarantee for the smooth realization of the citizen.High quality of employment can not only enable farmers to achieve the change of household registration and identity,but also enable them to obtain sustainable survival in cities and towns.Shandong province is a large agricultural province,is facing a more arduous task of urbanization.Taking Shandong Province as an example to study the influence of the employment quality of migrant workers on the citizens is of great significance for the steady progress of urbanization and the realization of the citizenization of migrant workers.This study is based on the domestic and overseas relevant population flow and urbanization theory research,influences and problems facing from the people of migrant workers status and role,citizenization of migrant workers,migrant workers employment and related factors of urbanization,migrant workers citizenization path and countermeasures and other aspects of the current domestic and foreign migrant workers citizenization is carried out,and sort out the mechanism of the influence of public employment quality.This paper tries to explain the great role of high quality employment in the process of farmers' withdrawal from rural areas,cities and urban integration.On the basis of field investigation,this paper makes use of the research data and logistic regression analysis to analyze the influence of the employment quality of migrant workers in Shandong Province on migrant workers' willingness to live in cities.The results showed that the general feeling of migrant workers to urban employment.Material condition is the main factor that influences the choice of urban employment and the employment satisfaction.The factors that reflect the employment environment and living conditions ofmigrant workers have not been paid enough attention to.It can be seen that the overall demand of migrant workers to urban employment is still in the lower level of material needs,the demand for higher level of urban development is not strong.Promote the citizenization of migrant workers,the ultimate goal of urbanization is the fundamental driving force of urban tension,the biggest obstacle lies in urban thrust.To realize the citizenization of migrant workers,we need to improve the quality of employment of migrant workers in cities and towns.On the basis of meeting the basic material needs of migrant workers,to meet the needs of higher level,for the further development of towns and migrant workers live and work in peace to lay the foundation,and ultimately promote the strategic objectives of urbanization of China can only be so.In this study,we must adhere to the principle of the government led multi-party cooperation,the principle of freedom and equality in order to further promote the citizenization of migrant workers.We can not violate the market equity and pay attention to the protection of the weak position.In the formulation of policy adjustment of citizenization of migrant workers from the macro to distinguish the order of priority consideration.Fully consider the interests of all regions,cities,social groups,fair treatment.Adhere to the orientation of the free development of migrant workers.According to the existing conditions to control the speed of migrant workers,to ensure the orderly change of migrant workers to the new public.
