Research On The Employment Security Of Land-lost Farmers In The Process Of Urbanization

Urbanization is the inevitable result of the progress and development of modern society.In the process of urbanization,more land resources are needed for urban construction.With the increasing shortage of land resources,the contradiction between people and land has become increasingly acute,and the occupation of cultivated land has become the main way to solve the tension of urban construction land.In this case,a large number of landless farmers are constantly emerging.Land is the most basic means of production and life of farmers.Losing land is equivalent to unemployment.Therefore,it is very important to solve the employment problem of landless farmers.Although the government has given certain attention to the employment of landless peasants in the process of promoting urbanization,the relevant departments have also issued relevant policies and regulations,paying attention to the economic compensation and employment of land-expropriated farmers,but from the current situation There are still many problems and shortcomings in the existing system and safeguard measures,and it is impossible to fully guarantee the life of farmers after losing their land.In reality,many landless peasants are not living well after losing their land,and even some of them are living in difficulties.There are still some landless laborers who do not find jobs because of losing their land,but are left at home.The life of the landless peasants can not be effectively guaranteed,and the lack of rapid employment will directly affect the progress and development of modern society,and will also affect social stability and harmony.Although urbanization is not the only reason for farmers to lose their land,the rapid growth and scale of land use caused by urbanization is undoubtedly a very important reason for farmers to lose their land.The land loss of farmers and the employment placement of landless peasants caused by urbanization and land acquisition are undoubtedly a mirror to map the fairness and justice of today's Chinese society.Based on the actual situation in China today,this thesis takes Hubei Province as an example to study the employment resettlement or security of landless farmers in China during urbanization through field research and questionnaire survey,and to explore the gains and losses of landless farmers' employment security in the process of urbanization.The purpose is to make a suggestion for improvement.Based on field research and questionnaire survey data,this thesis finds that the current employment policies for land-losing farmers in China are not sound,the government's employment security responsibility is not implemented,employment training and employment guidance are perfunctory,employment channels are narrow,and landless farmers are seriously discriminated against.And other issues.The above problems are not only not conducive to the solution of the employment problem of landless peasants,but also cause problems such as psychological dissatisfaction and even excessive emotions of landless peasants.In order to solve the problem of employment of landless peasants,this thesis holds that it is necessary to improve relevant policies and regulations,strengthen the employment training of land-lost peasants,establish employment information platform and eliminate discrimination in the process of Land-lost peasants' employment,so that land-lost peasants will not lose their jobs,land-lost will not lose their security and dignity,so as to gain more opportunities for employment and improve living and living standards,and promote social justice and harmony.
