With the increasing process of China's industrialization, urbanization and modernization, a large amount of rural labor has migrated to urban areas for employment, which causes some influence on their children's healthy growth. Take an example of Minhang District of Shanghai, the psychological condition of the children who are called the rural migrants of the second generation to urban areas has a direct impact on the social peace and stability of Minhang District. So it is particularly significant to research on the crimes of this group.By conducting a questionnaire survey after briefly collecting the information about the social survival and adaptation of the rural migrants of the second generation, the passage as follows gives a detailed analysis focused on the social exclusion, which this group has experienced. The social exclusion they encounter is mainly because they are labeled as outsiders so that they have to suffer a lot of restrictions. Social exclusion can be transferred from generation to generation. The last generation who has experienced social exclusion will often affect its future migration. Compared with urban children, the rural migrants of the second generation have been excluded from social welfare and education. And furthermore, with the inherited exclusion of concept, community and entertainment from their parents, this group will continue to encounter more social exclusion when they grow into new labor force. It not only has a negative impact on the adaptation to urban life, but also leads them to criminal incentives. In order to make some progress on the crime prevention of the rural migrants of the second generation, we must have comprehensive and deep understanding and investigation into this group: the reason why they choose the path to crime as teenagers? What are the factors playing a role in this process, and what is the direct impact, and what is the indirect impact? And through what kind of form it affects the rural migrants of the second generation? It is beneficial to the crime prevention of this group by means of resolving these problems and accurately finding out the reasons for crimes. The problems such as how to get rid of the negative factors and how to break the existing restrictions and effectively utilize and integrate various social resources will provide a specific direction for the crime prevention of the rural migrants of the second generation. First of all, we should establish and improve the social supportable network. Good social network will help to ease their social discontent and buffer the conflict between individual and social. Above all, it is important to strengthen the government's support and guarantee the law and policy in the aspect of education. Secondly, we should strengthen the social work of the rural migrants of the second generation concerning the aspects of family, school and community. Through the creation of good family environment and educational environment and breaking the community exclusion caused by living environment, we can enhance their sense of community's belonging and avoid leaving them alone. Finally, the community correction substituting for punishment aims at reducing prison and stressing humanistic concern and taking socialized measures as a penalty so that the rural migrants of the second generation will avoid being labeled as criminals and prevent themselves from cross-infection, which achieve the purpose of education and saving them from sins.
