Human society is constantly in the course of exploration, and exploring the unknown is the most important human and social development capacity. The high school physics curriculum standard idea mentioned that "the high school physics curriculum should promote the student to study independently, lets the student positively participate, be glad to the inquisition, dare to practice, be industrious to the ponder". However, the ability to explore life is not to have an instinct, it is the need to learn in practice and cultivation. The high school stage is heavy in letting the students career the process of inquisition, training students' science inquisition skills. Not only here the "skills" includes tradition skills such as the experiment, the observation, the thought, moreover includes question solution skills: inquiry, supposition, plan, explanation, exchange, cooperation, and so on. Whether these question solution skills can be trained very well depends on that students have the strong language ability.The cultivation of language ability is not just the task of language lessons and foreign language classes. in fact, in school education in the various courses, as all the different characteristics of different courses, the use of the language varies greatly, the physics curriculum's practicality as well as theory's homesickness sets the very high request to students' language ability.Looking back at our country the language ability of students is not as we imagine in less than ideal. To improve the quality of students is to let students have a certain capacity, therefore, it should be cultivate the language ability of students in our high school physics teaching, and at the same time applies this ability to realize "inquires into".Through consulting the literature, the author had understood the present situations of research in domestic and foreign about "fostering the students' language ability in the high school physics classroom", felt that it was necessary on this issue to make a systematic and detailed analysis.This topic has conducted four aspect researches.First, carries on the outline to the language and the spoken language, has analyzed the relation between the language and the thought, elaborates language's creativity, and indicates the function of language ability in the middle school physics study.Secondly, points the need for training language ability in high school physics teaching: analyzes our country near ten year college entrance examination paper as well as the proposition change; explains our country curriculum reform's tendency as well as the new curriculum standard; looks at the language ability from "the construction" of the construction principle theory of learning; seeks for the "intermediary" function of language ability in each kind of new class. Thus proposes the feasibility of training language ability in high school physics teaching: brain science research, psycholinguistics research, high-school student's development characteristic as well as physical curriculum at heart to language special request.Thirdly, raises the basic principle of developing students' language skills; analyzes the various factors (psychological factors, physical factors, environmental factors, cognitive factors) that affect the middle-school students' language ability, particularly spoken language ability; proposed in the high school physics classroom fostering students language skills strategy, including:1. Breakthrough each kind of influencing factor, create a sound atmosphere for the expression of language.2. Strengthen student's spoken language in each typical physics classes.3. Make the best of mutual assessment and reflection in various kinds of new physics learning way in the classroom.4. Give full play to the role of physics teacher when fostering students' language skills.5. Use the multimedia to train language ability of students.Finally, according to the tentative plan, I have carried on the educational reform practice in myself teaching's middle school for making an actual examination to this topic's research.
