The rapid development of Information technology must be to lead to the educational reform. The application of Information technology to education, is of momentous significance to transform traditional ideas and concepts, to strengthen modernization measures of education and management.Educational information promote educational modernization, however the key of it is improvement of teachers' Information technology. Now, The roles of teachers have been changed, they are transforming from knowledge passers to struction, organization and provider. Primary school teachers' Information technology literacy is matter of great urgency, the writer has done the preliminary practice and exploration.The research adopts the method of literatures, interview, and questionnaire investigation to collect the data, for deep analysis and courageous exploration of Beijing primary teachers' present of Information technology abilities.Chapter 1: Introduce the motivation, background, method and meaning of this research.Chapter 2: Explain the situation of Beijing primary teachers' Information technology application, the result is that conscious is very weak, knowledge is very weak, skill is very weak and morals is also weak. At the same time, there are lots of problems of the training of teachers.Chapter 3 : the analysis of influencing subjective factors and objective factors of teachers' Information technology.Finally ,the writer puts forward measures of solution : The schools should create people-oriented management ideas ; raise the training effect and improve educational system and law for guarantee; create training plan of a long-term system and develop various of training types; create the mode of performance training; enhance ranks of primary Information technology teachers .
