In recent years,Information technology is developing rapidly,information technology is leading the progress of society.In this environment,the level of educational information has also been rapidly promoted and developed.The degree of educational information has become an important index to evaluate the level of a country's educational development.At the same time,the development of educational information also puts forward new requirements for teachers.Nowadays,the development of rural education information should be paid more attention.Through the collection and summary of relevant literature,this study finds that the current research on the application ability of information technology of rural teachers is still insufficient.This study investigated the current situation of the information technology application ability of rural primary school teachers,and carried out an in-depth study using literature method,questionnaire method,statistical analysis and other research methods.On the basis of understanding the current situation of the information technology application ability of rural primary school teachers,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the information application ability of rural primary school teachers,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Through the data analysis of the questionnaire,the author know the current situation and existing problems of the information technology application ability of rural primary school teachers: The equipment of educational resources is not perfect enough;Lack of professional guidance;The effect of information technology improving classroom is not obvious enough;Unbalanced development in five dimensions;Teachers' understanding and use of computer is not deep enough;Computer technology is very traditional and single;Teachers lack the sense of autonomous learning and so on.Secondly,through the analysis of the causes of the above problems,the causes ofabove problems are as follows.First is the government level: urban and rural education resources are not balanced;Government and leaders lack information technology awareness;The training institutions are not well established;Lack of teacher information technology application ability review standards;Network education resources are scarce.Then there is the school level: Lack of guidance and support;Lack of information technology learning and communication platform;Lack of education platform and resource base.Finally,the level of teachers: The influence of age and teaching age on teachers' information technology application ability;The frequency with teachers use computers;Information technology training for teachers;The teacher lacks the independent study consciousness and so on.At last,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.The first is the government level: To ensure the investment of rural funds;Focus on teacher training;Develop and enrich teaching support software.Then the school level:Pay attention to the development of educational information;Provide a good learning environment for teachers;Enrich the database of characteristic teaching resources.Finally,the level of teachers: change the teaching concept,deeply understand the essence of information teaching;Active learning to promote development;Multi-channel training,to improve comprehensive ability.
