Network technology has a strong effect on education so that its emergence is not only a new milestone in the development of information technology, but also brings a profound change definitely in the educational field and makes the educational system and patterns leap greatly. The mutual infiltration among modern education science, psychology and information science and technology has been a strong power to educational development and Traditional patterns between teaching and learning are on the way to breakthrough, and education is faced with profound reform in history. The elementary Chinese teaching is under the period of reform in the new curriculum standard and Network teaching, and the new talents attitudes require new Chinese teaching methods. Nowadays there are a number of studies on the theories of the Network teaching , however, the available class instruction in practice is not enough, that is , research and practice are not in line. This paper is based on the background of Chinese teaching and Network teaching respectively and the construction structure theory , and analisizes the separate nature of network and Chinese. The paper works on the classification, analysis, research and evaluation of the available Chinese teaching cases , keeps the good and gets rid of the bad, and carries out experiment on teaching in practice. It also keeps some good teaching cases in accord with modern teaching theories, the needs of teaching and the features of Chinese teaching, and based on this, it constructs the forms of network reading teaching and the network composition teaching.
