On The Conversion Of The Role Of Language Teachers

The new innovation of Chinese teaching is being undertaken, in which teachers play the roles of their own with widely different performances. Some of them stick to the old concept just by new method,some of them are confused and others are active in exploring.Based on the investigation,the analysis of the relevant materials and the reading of many theories,I think the factors which affect the change of Chinese teacher' s role are mainly rooted in the pressure from the society,which can be concluded as the current situation of Chinese element education,the negative effect of on-job training,instability of Chinese teacher' s position for job choosing and the incorrect engagement motivation. The paper analyses the causes of the above factors and its representation in teaching,combining the advanced theory of the teaching innovation and the rules of Chinese teaching,to study the key points and rules about the change of Chinese teachers' roles in teaching and to find out the executable contents of the change ia the innovation in hope of speeding up the execution step of the new course, rapidly improving Chinese teachers' cultivation and seeking for the approach to achieve the best development for Chinese teachers.
