In curriculum reformation, the teacher's professional study base on the school subjects' development has been more and more valued by educators nowadays. And it's already a main point that the questions of management in this field must be solved inevitably for us. The study of managing questions had been started since 1980s in the US, until now it was less than 30 years. Obviously its merely young. Therefore, there are hands of questions need to be solved.This article discussed the questions and strategies in managing in our elementary reformation, took the existing theory as a foundation and the education practices as the support, through the questionnaire survey, the interview, the consult literature as well as qualitative and quota analysis method. Through the survey of Dalian Ganjingzi disrict's partial elementary school's questionnaire here we can see there are still so many questions: First, the system is incompletely ; Second, the investment of resources is insufficiency and the using is not standard; Third, the training is blinded and invalid; Fourth, the process monitoring is insufficient; Fifth, the training appraisal is machinery and sidely.In order to solve the manage problem in the teacher's professional study base on the school subjects' development effectively, I profit from the overseas experience and the domestic research tend to solve the living questions referred in the questionnaire that be able to propose some concrete proposals and the solutions for the elementary school in management of the teacher's professional study base on the school subjects' development : First, consummate the system to escort for the research; Second, supply the resources to guarantee the research resources ; Third, consummate the research process and method to guarantee implementation; Fourth, construct the encourage mechanism to stimulate the research enthusiasm.
