| With the social development, cultural management, as a new management philosophy,has been introduced into the school management field and gradually becomes an importantform of school management. Cultural management respects human’s cultural existence andhumanity, which is also of great importance to the liberation of teachers’ thoughts andpromotion of teachers’ professional development. School culture management closelyconnected with teachers’ professional development, promote the rationalization of teacher’sprofessional development, make the teacher’s professional development towards a virtuouscircle of track.This study from the perspective of cultural management, explore the strategies ofteacher professional development, not only for carding and clear, the two relations ofconstruction of cultural management theory to promote the development of teachers’professional platform, also helps teachers to participate in school culture management andmeet the needs of teachers, to accelerate the growth of the teachers.
