Elementary Mathematics And Higher Mathematics Teaching Problem Of Convergence

Nowadays,our country is carrying out the new elementary education reforms,and one of the most essential reforms is the connection of elementary mathematics and higher mathematics with the promulgation of the"New Curriculum Standard for senior High School",this connection will become obvious.This paper starts from presents education situation of our junior math and senior math and is directed by the theory of math subject teaching and teaching psychology.It applies the research methods of comparison analysis and induce combined with deduce.It discusses overally about the course content the teaching method,the study method and so on three aspects on the teaching link between junior math and senior math .This paper puts forward some proposals to link up the math teaching better under the background of curriculum reform.First , on the course content. According to the principle of step by step,teachers should properly reduce the difficulties of the textbook contents,which enable the students to accept and comprehend the contents better ,and pay more attention of the connection of math thinking mode and methods.Secondly, on the teaching method. Teachers should lay stress on leading into new curriculm,reviewing the knowledge by unit or chapter in time and choosing the examples and exercises carefully.Besides,it is essential to pay more attention to the connection of the junior math for realizing the transition of knowledge successfully and the distinction of thinking mode between junior math and senior math for fulfilling the smooth transition of thinking.Third, on the study method. Pay enough attention to the education of freshmen to assist the students in rectifying their study attitude and increase some skill training .We should attach more importance to the cultivation of the ability of problem solving and the guidance of learning methods as well as train the students the ability to learn by themselves.Hoping for experts and professions'corrections so that I could constantly improve and perfect this research in the future .As a result ,I can improve the quality of mathematics education and promote quality-oriented education and innovative education in an all-round way.
