Secondary Vocational And Technical Education Students' Practical Ability To Cultivate

The secondary technical school is responsible of training good workers to country, As the development of economicy, our society needs more and more good works, and more and more graduates are supplied by the past years, But theses graduates'practice ability could not satisfy the requirement of the socirty development, Lack of the qualified workers has beoame the main factor that limits economic and society development, Thus, improve the practice ability of the secondary technical school students becomes the first problem should be solved,The fast development of Yingkou city needs huge qualified workers. but schools have the same law like other vocation schools in China which is the graduates in these school are lack of practice ability. This paper takes the students of middle vocation school of Yingkou city as the example to research, Summarize the results of former research, we found the practice ability is a compound concept, It contains much other ability such as the practice ability, communication ability, and team work ability and so on, The best practice method of computer education is practicing more on computer , But the schools do not have enough computer and governments do not have enough money to give school to change. Therefore, change the education method is a good choice,use the corporate study replaces the traditional class study .in this way,students can really improre the practice ability, really improve the practice ability.
