With the establishment and development of socialist market economic system, a series of significant changes occurred in China. Because of the developing higher education reform, the educated level of women is enhanced, and there are more and more female students in university. The women talents are an important group to implement the strategy of strengthening the country through talents. The female undergraduates, striving for their dream and beautiful future, are the youngest and most vigorous lettered women. However, influenced by society, family or education, they meet with some bewilderment when they try to set up their professional ideals.After surveying the current female undergraduates' professional ideals, its basic definition is analyzed in this paper to nail down the universities' cultivating direction and content to female undergraduates. Instructed by Marxist theory, the analysis is done with the research results of sociology, psychology and pedagogics. And it is under the guidance of female undergraduates' establishment of professional ideals. Based on the survey, the factors that affect female undergraduates to set up their professional ideals are analyzed in this paper. And the problems arose during the female undergraduates' professional ideal education are deeply studied. Four solutions are offered for female undergraduates' professional ideal education, i.e. strengthening ideological and political education as guide, enhancing self quality education as foundation, reinforcing vocational development as measures, and strengthening psychological diathesis as breakthrough. By granting the above-mentioned suggestions, I hope to lead the female undergraduates to establish correct professional ideals, to strive to realize their dreams, which is significant to female undergraduates, senior education and the society.
