Study Of Approaches To Improve The Professional Practice Ability Of Local Colleges Undergraduates Majoring In Economy And Management

In the21th Century, the talent resource has become the primary resource of strategicsignificance. The increasingly fierce international competition is the competition of talents.Talent training qualities directly affect the future development of our country. UniversityStudents’ practical abilities affect the transformation of social productive forces, creation ofsocial value and the rapid development of society. Modern society especially need Seniorpersonnel who not only profound theoretical knowledge, but also has practicing problem,analysising problem and problem-solving skills. Economic and managementundergraduates are important parts of higher education, but their practice abilities areneglected. It has been a common phenomenon that students after graduation are difficult toadapt to the needs of social development quickly. So, how to strengthen the economic andmanagement undergraduate students ’professional practice ability and social adaptability isthe key problem of the contemporary higher education.This paper mainly treat professional practice ability of the economic and managementundergraduates’ in A University as the object of studying(not including the relatedprofessional students of the independent College). Firstly, we hold a deep investigation andcomparison analysis of the similarities and differences between economic and managementundergraduates and agronomy undergraduates about practice ability based on the study ofthe connotation of practice and education, practice ability constitute,the division of theeconomic and management undergraduate students and the characteristics of economicand management. Secondly, we find the the problems and deficiencies about the aspects ofprofessional practical ability of the economic and management undergraduates, and therestricting factors of the improvement of A University economic and managementundergraduates’professional practice ability. Finally, we give some advice about the waysto enhance the professional practice ability of economic and management undergraduatesfrom three aspects combined with strengthening policy guidance to improve the externalenvironment, deepen the reform of education and teaching in Colleges and Universitieswhich are related to the actual situation of higher education in Jiangxi province and the AUniversity.
