In recent years,the development of preschool education has become an important force in the field of social life and education.In order to ensure the healthy development of preschool education,we should pay attention to the construction of preschool teachers.For the new type of teachers,professional competence is not only the performance of their comprehensive quality,but also an important feature of new teachers,kindergarten teachers must do a good job of education cannot be separated from the support of professional ability.Based on this background,the author uses the literature research method,the text analysis method,the questionnaire survey and the interview method,to discuss around the core question“The X University preschool education specialty undergraduate students in the specialized ability training process has any question? And how to solve these problem?”.First of all,the author analyzes the composition of the undergraduate preschool education specialty from three aspects,which are the definition of concept,the theory and policy basis of the professional ability of undergraduate education and the composing elements of professional ability.Secondly,the author designed the questionnaire based on the seven professional abilities of preschool education undergraduates,mainly through the questionnaire survey of the undergraduates in the X University and the interview records of the kindergarten directors,and found that there are some deficiencies in the mastery and application of the professional ability of undergraduates.so as to reflect on the problems in the cultivation of talents: The training target is broad,the training specification is not in place;The curriculum is not very supportive to the development of students' professional ability;The teaching method is single,it pays no attention to the professional ability training;the lack of professional ability course examination;the short period of practice activity and lack of professional guidance.Again,according to the preliminary results of the investigation and the text analysis of the X University's talent training program,the author analyzes the causes of the problems from three aspects of the school,the teachers and the students.Finally,the author puts forward the ways to strengthen the training of professional ability of preschool students: changing the concept of professional ability training;establishing the talent training mode with the core of “professional ability”;improving the teaching level of teachers,increasing the ability of professional competence;improving students' professional identity.
