After the reform an open policy, especially the recently ten years, the private education in China has obtained rapid development, especially after promulgated and implemented "Private Education promotion law" in 2003, it indicates the development of private university has one new step up. However, with the EA expanding of higher education scale in our country, and the invasion of foreign education forces, private university faces more fierce and cruel challenge and the competition. You need to reform with the time if you want to stand up in the competition, and keep a good development. Competition among all the Universities is actually the competition of talents and teacher's qualification. Therefore, how to strengthen the internal management, how to introduce incentive mechanism and how to from a high quality teachers team become the most urgent problem that private universities face.The object of this article is a private university called EA University, it based on the modern motivation theories and related documents study, by thorough and deep analysis of EA institute's current teacher team and Incentive mechanism, and find out EA institute the problems of current teacher incentive mechanism in EA institute. Meanwhile designs a incentive mechanism plan which is suitable for EA institute according to its actual situation, in order to arouse teacher's enthusiasm and creativity, improve teaching level and quality and promote the competitiveness compare to other universities of similar level.
