Nowadays,the research of teacher education is taking a sharp turn in practice.Drawing on an influential metaphor in the curriculum reform:"the curriculum is no longer a runway,but a process of running",this metaphor shows that the theory always develops,generates,and realizes itself in practice.The study of teacher's field learning power is a practical concern for this research background.To improve the learning quality of teachers,the research based on the structure of teacher's professional consciousness in the field as the root system,built on the theory of consciousness in the horizon of phenomenology,and take the methodology of researching lived experience as the research method,realize the construction of teacher's field learning power.The connotation and structure of teacher's learning power form the foundation of this research.The field learning power of teachers' is different from the field learning power research in the general sense.Because the field learning power of teachers' is always the field learning power of "teaching",and it occurs in the process of teacher's professional consciousness construction and continuous filling in the field.In the horizon of phenomenology,the current construction of consciousness means that consciousness always activates and constructs the object of consciousness,and the object also constructs and manifests itself in the consciousness.The field construction and continuous filling of teacher's professional consciousness follow the intentionality of consciousness,structure sequence and process stages of consciousness construction.On the basis,we get the double helix structure of the teacher's field learning power.This metaphor directly shows the relationship between teacher's professional awareness(the six dimensions of teacher's professional consciousness that are educational emotion,theoretical awareness,the pursuit of educational gains in subject knowledge,learning relationships,the awareness of learning strategies,and education reform and learning adaption)and the intentional composition of the cognitive objects in the educational scene,and the relationship between the education reform and the workplaceThe origin and generation of the teacher's field learning power is a unified demonstration of the teacher's field learning power generation process.This part mainly explores the lived experience of teacher's professional consciousness in the time series,and obtains the teacher's professional consciousness from the original experience,initiation,and development to the establishment.This part take the methodology of interpreting phenomenology in the study of life experience to explore how the teacher's field learning power is taken as a process of construction.From 2016 to 2018,through interviews and participation in observations,and text analysis,more than 30 teachers from five provinces and cities,including Beijing,Hebei Province,and Liaoning Province were interviewed.And some of these teachers conducted a historic field survey and collected more than 100 empirical materials.Through the analysis of the empirical materials,it is found that the teacher's professional consciousness in the field has produced the teacher's field learning power through the stages of original memory,imagination,theoretical enrichment and reconstructionOn the basis of the construction and production process of teacher's field learning power theory,the different state of teacher's field learning power level is obtained from the above six dimensions.The concrete manifestation is:Staying in the natural experience cycle;Reflecting based on the natural experience;Reflecting based on the educational theory.In the positive or negative state of the teacher's field learning power,it also shows the difficulties and possibility of improving the teacher's field learning power.The study found that teachers' educational emotion,reflection and theoretical awareness play key roles in improving teacher's field learning powerThrough the research process,we get the theoretical system of teachers' field learning power,and the constitutive thoughts have been freely presented in the teachers'woke and life.At the same time,from the perspective of conscious constitutional phenomenology,we engage in the research.And its consistent characteristics make the theoretical construction and the practice of this study always try to achieve the same state.
