The aging of population, it took a large amount of impact that affect on china's society, economy etc. by the aging of population's working, and it is paid much more attention to mount up the retiring age by the academy of China and abroad. This paper is presenting the necessary of mounting up retiring age through the analysis both of feasibility, advantages and disadvantages and countermeasure of mount up the retiring age.
