Human resources is one of most important Determining factor in a county or area development.While advance of economic,development of culture and science,change of Life idea,gradually sport become an important Content in daily life and an important symbol of strength and civilized degree in an area.The development of sport is close relation with a high level trainer troop.2000-2001 Year Sports Reform And Development Summary to propose "improves the trainer troop quality diligently". New turn Olympic Games Bring honor Plan to propose "established and consummates the trainer to select,the assign,the system of examining and assessment" as well as the Central Committee of the CCP State Council about Further Strengthens And Improves New Time Work Opinion center to propose "the development raise high level athlete,trainer's new way,for the top athlete,the trainer entered a higher school pursues advanced studies to create the condition,enhanced the movement troop the scientific cultural quality" and so on.The purpose of this research was to develop the competency model,and the comprehensive appraisal model.The development of china sport in new century bring an opportunity to our sport trainers business,and take some new requests.To operating the human resource development(HRD) of sport trainers is a necessary choice.The factors from the competency model,and the comprehensive appraisal model, which firstly enable the sport trainers to learn the conditions of themselves,and the conditions of their team.So the factors can enable the sport trainers to develop within the plan increasingly.Secondly,the factors can also provide a theory reference for the manager and the management segments of sport trainers.The subject for this research were selected among 18 counties of Tianjin.We selected trainers from the sports teams,the professional clubs,the schools,and the communities.We analyze the sport trainers' levels,the competency of excellent sport trainers and the comprehensive appraisal to them by questionnaire.Then,we analyze the demand of the sport trainers' HRD,the factors of development,we got some conclusions and suggestion. 1.The development of talent is a system,is for achieve the sports enterprise each strategic target,the sports organization uses the scientific knowledge the theory and the practice method,carries on the personnel in view of the sports trainer human resources to dispose,training and the education,the professional profession management,the drive,the achievements appraisal and so on a series of activities.2.The sports trainer is competent the strength limits is:The trainer in the specific position,for can obtain the personality special characteristic,learning capability,the specialized ability which but the outstanding achievements should have,among this,except outside the personality special characteristic,learning capability and the specialized ability,the work achievements also is competent the strength an important content.The sports trainer is competent the strength model is the sports trainer obtains a series of quality essential factor combination which the outstanding work achievements should have.Mainly includes following several aspects:Personality special characteristic,learning capability,specialized ability and work achievements.3.The outstanding sports trainer must be partial self-confidently in the development innovation,in the personality special characteristic optimistic,or amiable,outstanding sports political instructor first must be able to utilize the knowledge in the practical work,this concerns with the sports trainer's work nature. Next,an outstanding sports trainer wants to understand the share knowledge, specially in the nowadays information society,because of this,the experts believed, how knowledge acquisition the information society important isn't,the storage knowledge.In the specialized ability aspect,an outstanding sports political instructor has the professional spirit most importantly,namely the specialized manner,next utilizes each specialized skill skilled,grasps this specialized knowledge.Finally,then regarding the work achievements,the outstanding sports trainer must have the good result naturally,the workmanship is most important, working efficiency next,works compares warmly says abdicates slightly.4.It is should strengthen the professional spiritual the raise and the education.
