After the reform and opening up, China gradually step into industrialization and urbanization. Migrant workers moving to the cities has become a common phenomenon. The arrival of migrant workers attracted the attention of many scholars. With the growth of migrant workers as well as the contribution of urbanization, whether temporary workers migrating to the cities or settling in the city has become a problem which attracts attention. How to distribute generation of migrant workers, and how to guide the new generation of migrant workers to settle in urban migration, the core issues facing the future of urbanization is to adapt to new entrants, harmony, that new entrants into the public in order to be a serious problem faced by scholars while a large part of the new entrants will be rural migration, urbanization of China’s future development direction which requires migrant workers permanent residence city, and then converted to the public, enjoy pay to get in return. On this basis, the author based on the present, in the context of urbanization, from a sociological point of research dimension generation of migrant workers settled in the analysis made on the basis of reason, and make policy recommendations.BaoHe as one of the oldest cities of Hefei, Anhui Province, it has the largest number of mobile and non-mobile population, so this package River District, Anhui Province as an example of migrant workers, mainly in the non-structured interviews and literature data obtained support, through in-depth interviews with the case of the Lord, in order to identify factors intrinsic motivation and the new generation of migrant workers to settle in the city. New generation of migrant workers themselves lack of human capital, children’s education, family economic conditions and exclude the impact of psychosocial factors that affect people’s willingness to migrate; economic factors, family, the natural environment, traffic environment reluctant to migrate to an impact; economic factors, as well as housing policy factors become factors of uncertainty factors. Finally through the perspective of sociological theory in reference groups, social stratification, social change, social mobility affecting the generation of migrant workers in the analysis of various factors, and draw some policy insights, personal point of view, the government’s point as well as a social perspective targeted generation of migrant workers proposed the establishment of a correct concept of career, improve their skills; improving land use rights; appeal to the new generation of social psychology social concerns of migrant workers, in order to improve labor and social security policy as a precondition to promote the new generation of migrant workers urbanization.
