Under the background of accelerating urbanization process in China.A large number of rural population flows into the city,the city gathered more and more floating population,most of them are migrant workers.In recent years,the migrant workers in the city presents a family-based development,bringing a large number of children.The educational situation of migrant workers children is the offspring of current household register system and rural-urban dualization policy.Therefore,the education of migrant workers’ children is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the process of Urbanization.Because of the limit of public schools resources,there is no enough residence to be provided to the children of migrant workers.If they want to get into the public schools,they should pay the expensive "Tuition",which makes the most poverty-stricken migrant families stop the thought.In order to solve this problem,the floating population spontaneously set up the school of migrant children,which to solve the problem of compulsory education.The migrant school has become the main way for the children from migrant family to receive compulsory education,which provides an opportunity for the children of migrant family to receive compulsory education.However,compared with the public school,the survival and development of migrant schools were threatened by the lack of complete protection system and the stability of teachers which works in migrant school.The migrant schools have the risk of the loss of teachers,especially the loss of young backbone teachers,which directly affect the stability of the development of migrant schools,and also widened the gap between public schools.Teacher is one of the most important element in three elements of education,which plays an irreplaceable role in the process of Education.Teachers’ job satisfaction directly affects the level of teachers’ teaching and work attitude.The teachers in migrant school survival and development is always accompanied by the pressure from employments and working,the dilemma of self-development,the faultiness of teaching system,the faultiness of treatment,makes the high mobility ratio of the teachers from migrant school,which seriously affected the stability of the teachers.This article is divided into four parts,which are the general situation of migrant school in Guandu District,the mobility ratio of the teachers from the migrant school,the analysis of the effective factors of stability of the teachers in migrant schools,the suggestions on stabilizing the teachers contingent of migrant schools.There into,the general situation of migrant school in Guandu District is divided into the numbers of the migrant school,the scale of the migrant school and the general situation of the teacher contingent.The mobility ratio of the teachers from the migrant school is divided into three parts: Teachers’ willingness to flow,the flow of teachers’ expectation,and the fact situation of the flow of Teachers.The analysis of the effective factors of stability of the teachers in migrant schools is divided into four aspects: school factors,teacher factors,student factors and social environment factors.The suggestions on stabilizing the teachers contingent of migrant schools is divided into five parts,the implementation of the relevant policies and regulations,the improvement of school conditions,the improvement of treatment of teachers,the expansion the zone of the schoolteacher-development,the improvement of teachers’ self-cultivation.In order to provide some practical and feasible suggestions.
