In recent years,with the increasing number of the migrant population,the education of migrant children is gradually getting attention from the government and the public.To make urban education more accessible for migrant children,the relevant government departments and the community inject the funding necessary to build non-government funded schools.Unlike migrant children is getting a higher concentration,teachers in migrant schools who are exposed to high working pressure are generally being neglected.One of the most stressful occupations in China is teachers,especially for those who are working in migrant schools.It is obvious that teachers in migrant schools are more likely to suffer adverse effects of stress than other teachers for some causes as poor working conditions,pupil misbehavior,less payment and heavy teaching burdens.Data for this study were collected from Quanzhou K elementary school.In order to explore Group Work Intervention in Teachers of Migrant Workers Children School,The methodology adopted used systematic procedures that include semi-structured interviews,structured interviews,document analysis,participant observation,etc.With the use of questionnaires,interviews and scl-90 symptom scale combination of methods,this paper aims to shed some light on analyze pressure source and pressure on the teachers' work.After analyzing pressure source from the teachers' work,the results show that most teachers feel so strong pressure that cause sub-health status and stress response in their bodies.On this basis,supporting teams involved in this program to carry out targeted five group activities,so as to explore effects of group work in alleviating stress.From the first group work to the last the group work,participating enthusiasm,intimacy the degree of pressure relief among members are improved in varying degrees.After the group work,the author gather information from follow-up interviews,analyze data to get effectiveness evaluation about the teachers' workpressure.The author concludes the group activities to help teachers establish a support system to help each other and correct understanding of the negative effects of job stress and the stress response,brought awareness of their own irrational beliefs,and master relaxation techniques so as to ease the pressure on teachers' work purposes.
