Teacher is a sacred profession,which is often compared to the red candle,spring silkworms,with a noble spirit of sacrifice.The organizational citizenship behavior of teachers directly reflect the spirit of sacrifice and effectively improve school's functions, upgrading the level of school.Currently,most research on organizational citizenship behavior focus on enterprises and little on educational organizations.The characteristics of educational organizations and its management concept' s development directly impact organizational citizenship behaviors of teachers.Thus,the study on organizational citizenship behavior of primary and secondary school teachers will be extremely important.In this paper,first of all,we explore the ideological foundation and organizational basis of both primary and secondary school teachers' organizational citizenship behavior through two aspects,that is the original of the management concept and characteristics of primary and secondary educational organization.After we make use of the research questionnaire,take leadership exchange theory as the breakthrough point, conduct a questionnaire survey on more than 500 primary and secondary school teachers,with the statistical data demonstration,finally we come to a conclusion that the organizational citizenship behavior of primary and secondary school teachers has a strong initiative,spontaneity and universality;At present,the contribution and professional respect factor have a strong impact on organizational citizenship behaviors of teachers in primary and secondary school,and for emotion,loyalty and other leading factors' influence on organizational citizenship behaviors of teachers need a further development.More over,we propose a series of recommendations and strategies to the principals and teachers on how to promote the organizational citizenship behaviors of teachers effectively.
