As the highest level of higher education,the main purpose of Postgraduate education including two items.First,Postgraduate education is not only to pass on knowledge,but it' s also has to create knowledge.Second,Postgraduate education is aimed to training high-level specialized personnel.The goals of Postgraduate education determined that postgraduate education has special attributes which is different from undergraduate education.The special attributes are(1) the most basic features is research-based,combined scientific research and teaching,(2) "meritocracy" is the salient feature.Therefore, postgraduate education constructs a lot in the era of knowledge economy and in the process of building an innovation-oriented country in our country.Postgraduate education starts in the true sense is quite late in our country and the development time is not very long.It is only more than 30years since our country restored the recruit system of graduate student from 1978.But our country's postgraduate education is developing very fast and the achievements are also very remarkable.By leaps and bounds, the big development already makes our country to be a great nation in postgraduate education at present.We should clearly recognize that although graduate education has made great achievements,there are many problems in the same time.Such as:lack in innovative among postgraduate students,the ossified training mechanism,the raise pattern to be unitary, weak scientific research method and ability,backwardness curriculum and so on.How to transform the great postgraduate education nation into a strong powerful postgraduate education nation is the most important question in our current postgraduate education.Under such background,China is starting the reform of postgraduate cultivate system in order to enhance graduate students' training quality and innovation ability. During the past three years which the reform of postgraduate cultivate system has been implemented,all pilot colleges and universities have carried on an effective exploration and practice.Each university's reform is unique.But all of these universities agree that it is important to improve and perfect the postgraduate awards system and carry on a way which tutor is responsible for the students based on scientific researches. All these universities think it is the key to make a breakthrough in the reform.Based on the massive questionnaire survey of Fudan University's reform,this paper tries to study the feedback for the implementation of the reform from graduate students and teachers.Then explores and analyzes the influences on the quality of postgraduate training which caused by the reform' s core measure.This article discusses not only the results and influence of the reform of postgraduate cultivate system,but also analyzes the existing problems and difficulties and proposes corresponding constructive comments.The writer hopes this paper can summarize useful experience for the next step for the form.
