| The quality of postgraduate education is composed of its scientific research quality and psychological development level.On the basis of exploring the factors affecting the quality development of Postgraduate students,the quality of postgraduate training in Jiangsu Province is further studied.Finally,the relationship between the training conditions,scientific research quality and psychological development of master students in Jiangsu Province is discussed.Using the literature method,interview method and questionnaire method to prepare the initial questionnaire of the status quo of masters postgraduate training,through the project analysis and factor analysis to form a formal questionnaire for the status quo of master's degree training.A total of 638 postgraduate students from Jiangsu Province were investigated with the Postgraduates9 Innovation Questionnaire,Symptom Check-list(SCL),and Califormia Psychological Inventory(CPI).The results of the research showed:(1)The self-made postgraduate training status questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(2)Self-made postgraduate training status questionnaire includes two aspects:training eonditions and scientific research quality,consisting of 10 basic dimensions:tutor guidance,curriculum teaching quality,scientific research conditions,research atmosphere,policy and management,campus material culture,campus spirit Culture,learning input,social support,scientific research capabilities and comprehensive quality.(3)There are significant differences in the training conditions of masters degree students in Jiangsu Province in terms of gender,school type,degree type,etc.There are also significant differences in the quality of scientific research in Jiangsu Province in terms of gender,admission method,and whether there is international exchange experience.(4)There is a significant correlation between the training conditions,scientific research quality and psychological development of master students in Jiangsu Province. |
